Rhodesian SAS Combat Manual Paperback

The “Rhodesian SAS Combat Manual” is a significant historical look at the small unit tactics employed by this elite unit during the Rhodesian Bush War. Not only is it a glimpse back at how the unit operated, but a lot of the material is still relevant today for units fighting counter-insurgencies. This book covers tactical follow-ups, ambush tactics, infiltration methods and combat tracking and more!

This is a new book.

Great book, weird conflict. Great study material for a book I’m writing about WWI vets who fought in this conflict.

Great manual for some bushcraft, but great to teach your rogue Boy Scout troop about patrolling, setting rally points, radio communications, and calling in close air support.

Would be great if it had a chapter on land navigation.

Needs to come with short shorts and a baby poop colored FN FAL.

Small unit tactical manual. A little better than Army TRADOC manuals of same era. Would be most useful for civilian prepper. Especially use of short wave radio sets. Ditty Bop still trained in SF units.
